How to protect yourself from a virus ?

Wearing a paper mask cannot really protect a human being and replace his immune system.

In fact, most of our immune system is made up of mucous membranes, which are the surface of our skin, our bronchi, our intestines.

This system is made up of microbes, bacteria and fungi which protect us from external bodies which may or may not enter our bodies.

Why is our immune system no longer protecting us as before ?

Reduce your stress level

When faced with a potential danger, a stress reaction, a defense mechanism, is triggered in your body, called flight.

First of all, norepinephrine and adrenaline, stress hormones, will quickly spread.

Then cortisol, made by the adrenal glands, is secreted by the body.

In the event that your daily life comes down to a series of stressful actions, that you experience this sensation, then your body will secrete cortisol constantly.

This will lead to a chronic increase in cortisol levels, causing serious health concerns with it.
